Zapome\u0148te na klasiku, kterou si d\u00e1te v ka\u017ed\u00e9m bistru. Pod mottem \u201eFrom foodies for foodies\u201c kucha\u0159i v Praze, Brn\u011b a Ostrav\u011b p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00ed se surovinami, jako je vz\u00e1cn\u00e1 houba p\u0159ipom\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00ed zmrzl\u00fd vodop\u00e1d nebo zapomenut\u00fd \u201ehad\u00ed mord\u201c.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">Festival trv\u00e1 d\u00e9le ne\u017e m\u011bs\u00edc, od 17. b\u0159ezna do 22. dubna, a \u00fa\u010dastn\u00ed se ho p\u0159es 100 v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u00fdch restaurac\u00ed ze t\u0159\u00ed nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edch m\u011bst v \u010cesku. B\u011bhem t\u00e9to v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u00e9 gastronomick\u00e9 ud\u00e1losti otev\u00edraj\u00ed \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00e9 restaurace sv\u00e9 dve\u0159e \u0161irok\u00e9 ve\u0159ejnosti a\u00a0nab\u00edzej\u00ed speci\u00e1ln\u00ed degusta\u010dn\u00ed menu za\u00a0zv\u00fdhodn\u011bn\u00e9 ceny. Princip je stejn\u00fd jako v\u017edy: speci\u00e1ln\u00ed menu bude m\u00edt dv\u011b cenov\u00e9 kategorie, jedna za 790 korun na osobu, druh\u00e1 za 490. Proto se Anna Grosmanov\u00e1, kter\u00e1 celosv\u011btov\u011b \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00fd festival do \u010ceska p\u0159ivedla, rozhodla se sv\u00fdm t\u00fdmem vybrousit men\u00ed\u010dka k opravdov\u00e9 dokonalosti. \u201eMenu je kr\u00e1l,\u201c<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\"> \u0159\u00edk\u00e1. <\/span><\/span><\/span><em><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">\u201eM\u016f\u017eete b\u00fdt sebevyhl\u00e1\u0161en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed restaurace, ale kdy\u017e nezaujmete men\u00ed\u010dkem, spl\u00e1\u010dete nad v\u00fdd\u011blkem\u201c<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\"> a dod\u00e1v\u00e1: <\/span><\/span><\/span><em><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">\u201ePrvn\u00edch t\u0159icet restauracemi odevzdan\u00fdch men\u00ed\u010dek jsme s pe\u010dliv\u011b pro\u0161li a <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">spole\u010dn\u011b s kucha\u0159i vylep\u0161ili tak, aby se bylo je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edc na\u010d t\u011b\u0161it<\/span><\/span><\/span><em><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">. A v\u011b\u0159te mi, kucha\u0159i nemaj\u00ed zrovna dvakr\u00e1t v l\u00e1sce, kdy\u017e jim n\u011bkdo \u201evrac\u00ed\u201c men\u00ed\u010dko a rad\u00ed, jak jej zm\u011bnit. Ale my po zku\u0161enostech u\u017e v\u00edme, co bude fungovat a co ne. D\u011bl\u00e1me pro festivalov\u00e9 hosty, aby je menu bavila, ale i pro restaurace, aby byly pln\u00e9,\u201c<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\"> dod\u00e1v\u00e1 Anna Grosmanov\u00e1, kter\u00e1 se sv\u00fdm t\u00fdmem pro\u0161la i pozd\u011bji odevzdan\u00e1 menu. <\/span><\/span><\/span><em><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">\u201eJen u\u017e nebylo tolik \u010dasu si hr\u00e1t.\u201c<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">Had\u00ed mord, kor\u00e1lovec a soft shell krab<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">Letos je c\u00edlem <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">p\u0159edstavit host\u016fm takov\u00e9 suroviny, kter\u00e9 norm\u00e1ln\u011b nemaj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost ochutnat<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">. B\u011bhem festivalu tak m\u016f\u017eete ochutnat hned p\u011bt zaj\u00edmav\u00fdch surovin. <\/span><\/span><\/span><em><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">Tou prvn\u00ed je<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\"> kor\u00e1lovec je\u017eat\u00fd, vz\u00e1cn\u00e1 houba vypadaj\u00edc\u00ed jako zmrzl\u00fd vodop\u00e1d<\/span><\/span><\/span><em><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">,\u201c kterou <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">serv\u00edruje v r\u00e1mci p\u0159edkrmu restaurace M\u00e1nes. Dal\u0161\u00ed surovinou je soft shell krab neboli tenkost\u011bnn\u00fd krab, jen\u017e se cel\u00fd usma\u017e\u00ed a j\u00ed se v\u010detn\u011b sko\u0159\u00e1pky. <\/span><\/span><\/span><em><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">\u201eNajdete ho na menu restaurace Sansho,\u201c<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\"> d\u00e1v\u00e1 sv\u016fj tip Anna Grosmanov\u00e1 a doporu\u010duje ochutnat tak\u00e9 <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">sherry a ko\u0148akov\u00e9 om\u00e1\u010dky<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">, je\u017e v menu v\u00edce restaurac\u00ed. V neposledn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b rad\u00ed vyzkou\u0161et \u0161neky a \u010dern\u00fd ko\u0159en neboli had\u00ed mord \u0161pan\u011blsk\u00fd. <\/span><\/span><\/span><em><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">\u201eJe to surovina, kter\u00e1 je n\u00e1m bl\u00edzk\u00e1, \u010dern\u00fd ko\u0159en je vz\u00e1cn\u00fd, ale v \u010desk\u00e9 kuchyni se d\u0159\u00edve pou\u017e\u00edval a dokonce u n\u00e1s i roste.\u201c<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\"> dopl\u0148uje.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"left\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">Va\u0159en\u00ed ve stylu zero waste<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">P\u0159i p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b pokrm\u016f je kladen d\u016fraz na koncept &#8222;Respect Food&#8220;, co\u017e znamen\u00e1, \u017ee se restaurace sna\u017e\u00ed minimalizovat pl\u00fdtv\u00e1n\u00ed surovinami. Nap\u0159\u00edklad rezervace je mo\u017en\u00e9 prov\u00e1d\u011bt maxim\u00e1ln\u011b den dop\u0159edu. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee pokud se rozhodnete koupit vstupenku na festival a ten den nav\u0161t\u00edvit restauraci, nebude to mo\u017en\u00e9. Restaurace tak mohou l\u00e9pe pl\u00e1novat, va\u0159it z \u010derstv\u00fdch surovin a minimalizovat pl\u00fdtv\u00e1n\u00ed potravinami. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">Nejd\u0159\u00edve t\u00fddenn\u00ed akce v New Yorku<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">Historie festivalu je star\u00e1 ji\u017e p\u0159es t\u0159icet let. V roce 1992 s touto my\u0161lenkou p\u0159i\u0161el v<span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif\"> New Yorku jist\u00fd p\u00e1n Tim Zagat spolu s restaurat\u00e9rem Joe Baumem. Pokud v\u00e1m n\u011bco \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 The Zagat (v\u011bhlasn\u00fd newyorsk\u00fd pr\u016fvodce), mo\u017en\u00e1 v\u00edte, \u017ee v Americe je tento festival velmi obl\u00edben\u00fd. Na evropsk\u00e9m kontinentu jej m\u016f\u017eete nav\u0161t\u00edvit v Polsku, v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice a v Nizozemsku. To, co za\u010dalo jako t\u00fddenn\u00ed akce, se stalo m\u011bs\u00edcem speci\u00e1ln\u00edch nab\u00eddek a skv\u011bl\u00e9ho j\u00eddla po cel\u00e9m m\u011bst\u011b.
