Bene\u0161ovsk\u00fd Pivovar Ferdinand znovu otev\u0159el svou provozovnu v Bulharsk\u00e9 ulici a <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">Hostinec Ferdinand<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\"> tak op\u011bt l\u00e1k\u00e1 na poctivou kuchyni, velkorys\u00e9 porce a pivo v nejlep\u0161\u00ed kondici. Jeho provoz zah\u00e1jili za p\u00edpou profesor Jan Pirk, hudebn\u00edk Karel V\u00e1gner a herec Jan P\u0159eu\u010dil.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">Nebyly to ale jedin\u00e9 zn\u00e1m\u00e9 osobnosti, krom\u011b nich p\u0159i\u0161li vzd\u00e1t hold bene\u0161ovsk\u00e9mu pivu, krom\u011b nich tak\u00e9 nap\u0159\u00edklad Jaroslav Satoransk\u00fd \u010di Eva Hru\u0161kov\u00e1 a dal\u0161\u00ed.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\"><b>O\u00e1za klidu a pohody ve v\u00edru velkom\u011bsta<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">Hostinec Ferdinand nab\u00edz\u00ed \u00fato\u010di\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed velkom\u011bstsk\u00fdm<br \/>\ntempem. M\u00edstn\u00ed kuchyn\u011b v kombinaci s bene\u0161ovsk\u00fdm pivem Ferdinand v\u00e1s uhrane. \u201eChceme ka\u017ed\u00e9mu z\u00e1kazn\u00edkovi v\u011bnovat kousek sv\u00e9ho srdce. Za v\u00fd\u010depn\u00edm pultem i v\u00a0kuchyni, kde vl\u00e1dne kucha\u0159ka M\u00ed\u0161a Mat\u011bjovsk\u00e1,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 s \u00fasm\u011bvem v\u00fd\u010depn\u00ed Radek Tesa\u0159 a dod\u00e1v\u00e1: \u201eJ\u00e1 se star\u00e1m o kvalitu piva. P\u0159ed ka\u017ed\u00fdm otev\u0159en\u00edm pravideln\u011b houbi\u010dkuji p\u016fllitry, \u010depuji do mokr\u00e9ho skla a v\u011b\u0159\u00edm, \u017ee pivo na\u0161im \u0161tamgast\u016fm opravdu chutn\u00e1 \u2013 a \u017ee i po vizu\u00e1ln\u00ed str\u00e1nce vypad\u00e1 dob\u0159e.\u201c <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">Na \u010depu je pravideln\u011b spodn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e1 ho\u0159k\u00e1 jeden\u00e1ctka Max, pojmenovan\u00e1 po Maxmili\u00e1novi, synovi arciv\u00e9vody Franti\u0161ka Ferdinanda d\u2019Este, a dvan\u00e1ctka Premium. Do budoucna pl\u00e1nuje hostinec prostor i pro sezonn\u00ed speci\u00e1ly \u2013 nap\u0159\u00edklad Zelen\u00fd, Dvorn\u00ed le\u017e\u00e1k nebo polotmavou t\u0159in\u00e1ctku Sedm kul\u00ed. V nab\u00eddce jsou tak\u00e9 lahvov\u00e1 nealkoholick\u00e1 a bezlepkov\u00e1 piva.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">Bene\u0161ovsk\u00e9ho Ferdinanda ocenil i profesor Jan Pirk. \u201eNemohu \u0159\u00edci p\u0159esn\u011b, <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">kter\u00fd mi chutn\u00e1 nejv\u00edc. K pivovaru Ferdinand m\u00e1m stejn\u00fd vztah jako k ostatn\u00edm pivovar\u016fm, kter\u00e9 va\u0159\u00ed dobr\u00e9 pivo \u2013 kladn\u00fd. R<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">ozhodn\u011b nejsem p\u0159\u00edznivcem <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">piv<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">, tedy podle mne pseudopiv, <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">t\u011bch<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\"> r\u016fzn\u011b ovocn\u011b dochucovan\u00fdch. Proto\u017ee podle mne je pivo n\u00e1poj d\u011blan\u00fd z vody, je\u010dmene a chmelu. To ostatn\u00ed jsou n\u00e1poje, k<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">te<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">r\u00e9 se nemaj\u00ed jmenovat pivo. Stejn\u011b jako whisky je ur\u010dit\u00fd n\u00e1poj a rum nen\u00ed whisky, p\u0159esto\u017ee je v n\u011bm tak\u00e9 alkohol<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">\u201c<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"left\"><a name=\"velke-porce-silne-chute-lokalni-suroviny\"><\/a> <span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\"><b>Velk\u00e9 porce, siln\u00e9 chut\u011b, lok\u00e1ln\u00ed suroviny<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">Hostinec Ferdinand stav\u00ed na velk\u00fdch porc\u00edch, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na kvalitn\u00edm hov\u011bz\u00edm steakov\u00e9m mase, a surovin\u00e1ch od lok\u00e1ln\u00edch dodavatel\u016f. Hotovky zde p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 nehledejte \u2013 podnik se soust\u0159ed\u00ed na minutky a \u010derstv\u00e1 tradi\u010dn\u00ed j\u00eddla. V nab\u00eddce nechyb\u00ed masov\u00e1 j\u00eddla z vnit\u0159nost\u00ed ani ze zv\u011b\u0159iny, sal\u00e1ty \u010di zape\u010den\u00e9 bagety. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed aktu\u00e1ln\u00edho menu je v\u017edy i sladk\u00e1 te\u010dka. P\u0159i otev\u0159en\u00ed to byly kynut\u00e9 \u0161vestkov\u00e9 knedl\u00edky tak, jak je m\u011bl r\u00e1d zakladatel pivovaru arciv\u00e9voda Franti\u0161ek Ferdinand d\u00b4Este. <\/span><\/span>\u201e<span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">\u0160veskov\u00e9 knedl\u00edky m\u00e1m moc r\u00e1d. <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">A i <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">kdy\u017e byly jin\u00e9, ne\u017e jsem zvykl\u00fd z <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">K<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">ol\u00ednska, byly v\u00fdborn\u00e9,\u201c <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">komentoval je po ochutn\u00e1n\u00ed profesor Jan Pirk.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">\u0160vestkov\u00e9 knedl\u00edky, kter\u00e9 arciv\u00e9vodovi p\u0159ipravovala kucha\u0159ka Josefa Schneibergov\u00e1, pat\u0159ily k jeho nejobl\u00edben\u011bj\u0161\u00edm j\u00eddl\u016fm. Musely b\u00fdt samoz\u0159ejm\u011b obalen\u00e9 v opra\u017een\u00e9 housce, bohat\u011b sypan\u00e9 strouhan\u00fdm tvarohem a mou\u010dkov\u00fdm cukrem a pak hojn\u011b polit\u00e9 hork\u00fdm rozpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdm m\u00e1slem. P\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b se tak\u00e9 mohly obalovat v opra\u017een\u00e9 housce. <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">Tuhle dobrotu si vychutn\u00e1val s\u00e1m, proto\u017ee jeho <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">man\u017eelka \u017dofie si ve sv\u00e9m den\u00edku polo\u017eila ot\u00e1zku: Co bytostn\u011b nesn\u00e1\u0161\u00edm? \u0160vestkov\u00e9 knedl\u00edky<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"left\"><a name=\"pivovar-ferdinand-s-r-o\"><\/a> <span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\"><b>Pivovar Ferdinand<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">Bene\u0161ovsk\u00fd Pivovar Ferdinand zalo\u017eil arciv\u00e9voda Franti\u0161ek Ferdinand d\u2019Este roku 1897. Dodnes se zde va\u0159\u00ed pivo podle tradi\u010dn\u00edch receptur a \u0159ad\u00ed se mezi rukod\u011bln\u00e9, typicky \u010desk\u00e9 pivovary, kde kvalitu piva neust\u00e1le sleduj\u00ed zru\u010dn\u00ed pivovarn\u00edci. Zlatav\u00e9mu moku v\u011bnuj\u00ed maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u00e9\u010di a pozornost. Pod jejich rukama vznik\u00e1 osmn\u00e1ct druh\u016f spodn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00fdch piv \u2013 od klasick\u00e9 des\u00edtky p\u0159es speci\u00e1ln\u00ed siln\u00e9 pivo d\u2019Este, jedine\u010dn\u00e1 bezlepkov\u00e1 piva a\u017e po speci\u00e1l P\u011bkn\u00fd \u010d\u00edslo. Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed pivovaru je ojedin\u011bl\u00e1 humnov\u00e1 sladovna vyr\u00e1b\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed slad nejen pro pot\u0159eby bene\u0161ovsk\u00e9ho pivovaru, ale i pro dal\u0161\u00ed pivovary v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice a zahrani\u010d\u00ed.
